How Dasha Periods Affect Human Life

In Vedic astrology, Dasha plays a pivotal role in determining the timeline of events in a person’s life. Unlike Western astrology, which focuses more on transits and aspects, Vedic astrology places heavy emphasis on the Dasha system to make accurate predictions. These planetary rulers govern certain phases of life and strongly influence the nature of events—good or bad—that a person will experience. The sequence and duration of these Dashas are predetermined based on the Moon’s position at the time of birth. This system provides a chronological map of life’s highs and lows.
